Laurence Kazar retro beaded and sequined black 2000 party jacket. missing tag for size and fiber content. likely silk with a rayon lining. measures  16" from shoulder pad to shoulder pad, approx 38" around bust (although jacket is open), 23" from shoulder to bottom hem, and with a 25" arm length. party like it's the year 2000, and look fabulous while doing it. excellent condition.
