vintage paisley blouse, straight outta Westerburg. no fabric tag but feels like washed silk. interesting collar detail. front pleats. sized "3/4". 15" from shoulder pad to shoulder pad. 32" bust, 22" from shoulder to hem, and with approx 22" arm length.  beautiful in color and detail. excellent condition.
